Meet our Founder
Danielle brings over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, the backbone of any organization’s hiring strategy. Her career includes contributions to Fortune 500 companies like Victoria’s Secret and rapidly scaling global startups, such as Yotpo, an e-commerce marketing platform that achieved a $1.2 billion valuation during her tenure. Her expertise and impact earned her recognition on the prestigious Talent100 list.
With nearly two decades of experience building and scaling talent acquisition operations—and hiring thousands of people for global companies—Danielle launched her own recruiting consultancy, Celeste, in 2023.
As a founder herself, Danielle understands the challenges and demands of growing a business. She partners with fellow founders to build high-performing teams, offering solutions that balance quality and budget, enabling startups and organizations to scale with confidence.
Beyond her professional career, Danielle is deeply committed to community building. She volunteers with organizations dedicated to fostering equitable and thriving communities, including serving on the board of Great Bay Kids, a nonprofit providing affordable, high-quality early childhood programming.
